We're wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly. The Arium is easily accessible as the majority of our site is set across one level. We have disabled toilets and baby-changing facilities. We welcome guide dogs inside all of The Arium’s facilities and have an outdoor area where dogs are welcome to wait while you explore our offer.
There’s wheelchairs available should anyone need them and trolleys for heavier items. Don't forget - we're always on hand if you need some help with carrying something to your car.
